We enable non-resident foreign companies to carry out their commercial activities in Turkey for reasons such as access to emerging markets and the need for new markets. By developing customized solutions and managing the legal processes, we provide professional support to companies to continue their activities through branches in Turkey or local companies that can be established. For reasons such as access to emerging markets and the need for new markets, foreign companies that are not resident in Turkey may carry out their commercial activities in Turkey through their branches or local companies to be established. Branches and companies may carry out commercial activities unlike Liaison Offices.

The activities of the branch must be the same or similar to the activities of the center. However, when a separate company is established, it may engage in activities other than those of the Parent Company. Branches must be registered with the trade registry and registered with the chamber. This obligation is stipulated in the Turkish Commercial Code as follows: “Branches of commercial enterprises headquartered in Turkey shall be registered and announced in the trade registry of the place where they are located.”
