Why Germany?
• Salary and Benefits: As a nurse in Germany, your starting gross salary will be around €2,200 to €2,400 per month. As you gain experience and seniority, your gross salary will increase to €3,000. Moreover, your net salary including taxes and benefits will be between €1,900 (single) and €2,600 (married with 2 children). These amounts do not include overtime allowances and child benefits.
• Social Security: In Germany, social benefits such as health, retirement and unemployment insurance will be deducted from your salary. You will be able to receive a child benefit of €250 per month per child.
• Work and Holiday: Your weekly working hours will be 37-42 hours and you will be entitled to 26-30 days of paid holiday per year.
• Your Equivalence and Career: By completing your German language proficiency, you will receive full professional equivalence in Germany and will be able to work under equal conditions with a registered nurse in Germany.
Application Requirements:
- Having a nursing diploma
- Being under 40 years old
- Being willing to learn German (your German level greatly affects the time it takes to complete your application)
- Work experience is an advantage, not a requirement
