we clarify the total workforce vacancy and qualifications you require. we create detailed job descriptions for each position, conduct an initial screening of our existing candidate pool in Pakistan, and include the most suitable candidates in our shortlist.
we present the candidates
we submit the prepared job application files of the candidates who best meet your criteria for your approval. (processing time: 2 weeks)
official application process
we process official applications for work visas and then work permits. applications at this stage are handled by Miorec. (process: 4 weeks)
travel and reception
following visa approval, the employer provides the employee with a one-way plane ticket. upon arrival in Türkiye, the employee will be met at the airport and transferred to their accommodation by the employer. (timeframe: 4 weeks)
orientation
from the first day following the staff's arrival, the orientation process is monitored and supported by Miorec.
